Dinesh Prasad, a Management and Business professional, graduated with a B.Tech (Information and Communication Technology) from SASTRA University and an Executive MBA at IIM Trichy. Dinesh's passion for startups and management emerged during his B.Tech days, where he led teams in Inter & Intra University Tech Fests and National Service Schemes.
He started his career in the Human Resources function in the IT industry, specializing in major aspects of the employee lifecycle from Hiring to Retirement. After half a decade of experience across a diversity of organizational cultures, He bootstrapped a startup firm on Technology consulting services called Tecvesten in 2023 with the vision of becoming a comprehensive solution provider for all Technology services.
Dinesh, as a budding Visionary Leader, manages the entire operations and resources of Tecvesten, nurtures young and diverse talents and creates opportunities for the multi-generations, aspiring to make the firm a people-centric culture with high standards of governance and compliance while ensuring better financial health.
Additionally, Dinesh is a certified Independent Director from IICA with a rich understanding of Corporate governance activities and is open to contributing to the Board, ensuring the organisation's strategic directions for Sustainable growth with Integrity and Excellence.
