Import Export Code (IEC)

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise
(MSME) Registration

Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
Digital Signature is a method of authenticating transactions; this is to ensure the security and authenticity of the documents which is filed electronically. Digital Signature certificate functions similarly to ID cards issued by the Government authorities. A certifying authority issues this certificate. This certificate acts as an authentication in case of business activity which takes place online.

Contract Labor Licensing
This Contract Labor Regulation and Abolition (CLRA) applies to all firms registered in India. This applies to all firms and contractors who employ more than 20 labors in the preceding 12 months. A principle employer cannot employ more than 20 labors without this CLRA license, if the employer employs labors then he or she will be punished with an imprisonment of 3 months or fine of rupees 1,000 or both.

Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO) Registration
According to Foreign Trade Policy, Exporters need to have RCMC, for availing the benefits to the exporter under this policy. Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO) is an optional registration that exporters could avail the benefits and services by FIEO. This FIEO is an organization that promotes and assists Indian exporters. Benefits such as trade promotions, networking operations and also access to market information.

Food Safety and standard Authority of India (FSSAI) Licensing
Every food business operator involved in the manufacturing, processing, storage distribution and sale of food products must compulsorily obtain FSSAI Registration or License. FSSAI Registration is different from the FSSAI License in the sense that depending on the size and nature of the business, FBO should obtain the necessary registration or license. It is a 14-digit registration or a license number that is printed on all the food packages. According to Section 31(1), Food Safety and standard Authority of India states that FSSAI License and Registration is mandatory for food business in India, which manufactures, stores, transports or distributes food.
