Tecvesten Consulting may host, organize, or sponsor events, conferences, and workshops. This policy sets forth the strict non-refundable terms applicable to all payments made for events that are hosted, organized, or sponsored by Tecvesten Consulting. 

By registering for or making a payment toward any event, participants acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy in full. 

1. No Refunds for Event Cancellations or Non-Attendance

All payments made for event registrations, tickets, sponsorships, and associated services are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: 

1. Voluntary cancellation by the participant or attendee or registrant. 

2. Failure to attend the event for any reason. 

3. Last-minute schedule conflicts, illness, or emergencies. 

4. Dissatisfaction with the event content or experience. 

5. Weather conditions, travel disruptions, or technical issues faced by the participant. 

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

Tecvesten Consulting reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: 

1. Natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions. 

2. Technical difficulties or logistical issues beyond our control. 

3. Insufficient registrations or participation. 

In the event of cancellation, Tecvesten Consulting shall not be liable for any refunds, reimbursements, or damages incurred by participants, registrants, sponsors, or third parties. If an event is rescheduled, participants may be provided an option to attend the event on the new date, subject to Tecvesten Consulting’s discretion. 

3. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes regarding event cancellations or refund claims, participants/registrants may contact our support team at mail@tecvesten.com. Tecvesten Consulting reserves the right to make the final decision, and such decisions shall be deemed binding. 

4. Policy Updates

Tecvesten Consulting reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of participants/registrants to review this policy before making any payments.
